Job Description – Junior BI Analyst Recruitment 2025
Miratech is seeking a detail-oriented Junior BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within its infrastructure and cloud services team. The role focuses on creating dashboards, generating insights, and providing business intelligence reporting for multiple stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like DOMO or Grafana.
- Support cost analysis of IaaS services and deployment options.
- Conduct data mapping, validation, and documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI/reporting requirements.
- Participate in Agile project ceremonies and deliverables.
- Work with SRE/operations teams to monitor system performance and reliability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Track KPIs to monitor infrastructure efficiency and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst (internships/projects acceptable).
- Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (DOMO, Grafana, or similar).
- Basic SQL knowledge with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in cloud infrastructure and IaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA) and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
- Exposure to SRE concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) or willingness to learn.
- Interest in financial modeling and cost analysis.
