Roles and Responsibilities
As a Network Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with intermediate-level network problem-solving across the Global Payments Network.
- Administering network projects and issue resolution tasks.
- Participating in the execution of design plans and scripts with accuracy.
- Providing regular updates to project managers and customers regarding network implementations.
- Preparing reports on network performance, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into network solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent in IT/Networking.
- 2–4 years of enterprise networking experience(freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Dynamic Routing Protocols(BGP, OSPF).
- WAN Optimization & QoSon global MPLS networks.
- Load Balancing(Global DNS and local application load balancing).
- Ability to handle moderately complex assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
