Roles and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Engineer, your key duties will include:
- Providing support to Enphase customers via inbound calls, chats, and emails on a 24/7 rotational shift basis (including weekends and late-night shifts).
- Performing remote troubleshooting of Enphase products and assisting with activation of new sites.
- Approving and executing warranty claims while ensuring quick resolution for customers.
- Offering pre-sales information and technical guidance about Enphase products.
- Documenting all interactions in CRM/Help Desk systems.
- Coordinating with the engineering team on field issues, logging bugs, and supporting product improvements.
- Participating in ongoing training related to Enphase products and solar industry standards.
- Maintaining professionalism across all communication channels.
- Following company policies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate – B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
- Freshers / New College Graduates are encouraged to apply (minimum 60% in 10th & 12th, 70% in graduation required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Computer literacy – PC skills required; Mac OS knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (AC/DC circuits) is desirable.
- Prior exposure to solar/PV technologies is a plus.
