Roles and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer, your key duties will include:

  • Providing support to Enphase customers via inbound calls, chats, and emails on a 24/7 rotational shift basis (including weekends and late-night shifts).
  • Performing remote troubleshooting of Enphase products and assisting with activation of new sites.
  • Approving and executing warranty claims while ensuring quick resolution for customers.
  • Offering pre-sales information and technical guidance about Enphase products.
  • Documenting all interactions in CRM/Help Desk systems.
  • Coordinating with the engineering team on field issues, logging bugs, and supporting product improvements.
  • Participating in ongoing training related to Enphase products and solar industry standards.
  • Maintaining professionalism across all communication channels.
  • Following company policies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate – B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
  • Freshers / New College Graduates are encouraged to apply (minimum 60% in 10th & 12th, 70% in graduation required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Computer literacy – PC skills required; Mac OS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts (AC/DC circuits) is desirable.
  • Prior exposure to solar/PV technologies is a plus.
