Roles and Responsibilities
As a Due Diligence Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients directly or via relationship managers to support regulatory compliance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conducting research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, or entities to identify and mitigate risks.
- Reviewing policies, procedures, or lower-risk issues with limited impact.
- Running periodic due diligence reporting in line with business requirements.
- Gathering and inputting data to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory frameworks.
- Exercising judgment under supervision while developing expertise in compliance functions.
- Collaborating with colleagues, peers, and managers to resolve operational issues and achieve team objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of due diligence experience (or equivalent exposure in risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management).
- Demonstrated skills through professional experience, education, training, or military background.
