Roles and Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze hundreds of fulfillment center videos per shift.
- Ensure accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standard practices.
- Spend 6.8 to 7 hours daily on video-based audit tasks.
- Maintain a dedicated and secure home workspace (desk, chair, good lighting).
- Prevent unauthorized access to work-related data.
- Audit image/video/text-based jobs with precision.
- Identify details from blurry or unclear visuals with focused attention.
- Work toward incremental quality and productivity goals.
- Adapt to rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote teamwork.
- Attend virtual meetings with laptop camera switched on.
- Be ready to report to office occasionally when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
