Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Analytics Managers to design scalable data models.
- Engage in client calls across time zones to gather business requirements.
- Develop Tableau dashboards and BI visualization reports from diverse data sources.
- Work with multiple databases (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake) for complex data queries.
- Maintain data accuracy and quality across reports and dashboards.
- Manage tasks using JIRA (Sprints, Kanban) and documentation in Confluence.
- Provide insights from complex datasets to influence business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Technology, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
- Expertise in BI Visualization tools (Tableau Desktop, Online, Server).
- Strong database querying skills with SQL, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Experience in R, Python, Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks) preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle stakeholder communication across global time zones.
