Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Integrity Due Diligence and Counterparty Due Diligence to assess reputation and regulatory risks.
- Understand and follow established compliance procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
- Support quality control (QC) processes and mentor junior staff.
- Perform advanced secondary research on corporate structures and financial statements.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and complex ownership structures.
- Utilize tools such as OFAC, LexisNexis, World Check, and Dow Jones for risk screening.
- Translate and summarize multilingual data into clear English reports.
- Maintain policy, process, and procedure documentation.
- Drive process improvements for operational efficiency across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from a reputed university.
- Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in KYC/AML/EDD/CDD.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting practices.
- Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Behavioral competencies: attention to detail, adaptability, coaching, mentoring, and business communication.
