Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Time & Expense (T\&E) operationsby assisting with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collect and maintain supporting material to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Audit employee expense claims and monitor T\&E ticket resolution to meet KPIs.
- Manage escalation related to risk and compliance operations.
- Work on SAPand Power Dashboardsystems.
- Liaise with multiple regions and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and SLA compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduation (0–2 years of experience).
- Hands-on MyTE systems experience(preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time managementskills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of building strong professional relationships.
