Job Description – Associate Financial Analyst at Ascensus
The Associate Financial Analyst will support daily trade operations for the Future Plan Daily Recordkeeping Trade Team and handle cash reconciliation processes. The role includes identifying and resolving reconciliation breaks (e.g., dividends, corporate actions) and ensuring timely reporting to avoid delays in processing.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of daily reporting and monitoring of aging items.
- Perform trade reconciliation between Trade Platform Accounting Systems and fund positions.
- Manage dividend processing on the Trade Platform Accounting System.
- Protect and secure confidential client and company data.
- Demonstrate commitment to Ascensus’ core values – *People Matter, Quality First, Integrity Always®*.
- Collaborate with the onshore team to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Assist with other assigned tasks and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 0–12 months of BFSI industry experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel preferred).
- Flexibility to work in day/night shifts.
- Good knowledge of reconciliation concepts.
