Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle Policy administration and related services of Life or P\&C Insurance Policies / Life & Insurance Annuity.
- Perform routine, recurring processing and quality tasks in outsourced services.
- Develop knowledge of client’s business, objectives, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance standards, and applicable laws.
- Handle company confidential data according to security policies.
- Remain proactive in customer service issues and escalate critical cases when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Freshers OR 0–24 months experience.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Open to working evening and night shifts.
- PC literacy, MS Office, and email skills.
- Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Desired Skills (For Experienced Candidates):
- Knowledge of US Insurance (Life & Health Insurance preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, and financial concepts.
