Kroll is hiring SOC Analysts for their growing cybersecurity operations team. This is a great opportunity for graduates, engineers, and freshers to build a career in security operations, threat detection, and cloud security monitoring. As a SOC Analyst, you will work within a dedicated 16×5 Security Operations Centre ensuring timely triage, detection, and incident resolution while enhancing client security standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Engineering / Post Graduate (Freshers & Experienced Eligible)
- 1–3 years of SOC / cybersecurity operations experience
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, LogRhythm)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Xurrent, Endpoint tools (Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne)
- Ability to resolve SOC playbook scenarios (Phishing, Malware, Microsoft 365 account compromise)
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks – MITRE ATT\&CK, NIST
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ticket Analysis & Resolution: Investigate and resolve security tickets raised by monitoring systems
- Alert Triage: Categorize alerts based on severity and impact
- Incident Documentation: Maintain detailed security incident records
- Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, application & compliance teams
- Playbook Execution: Follow and refine response playbooks & SOPs
- Shift Handover: Ensure continuity in incident management

- CompTIA Security+
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- Microsoft SC-200
- ITIL Foundation
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts (16×5 schedule – Monday to Friday)
- After-hours and weekend on-call rotation
