- Turn webinars into a predictable pipeline engine. You’ll lead end-to-end execution — from concept to promotion to post-event analytics — with measurable business impact.
- Make Atlan’s virtual events the “must-attend” experience for data professionals. You’ll build consistent, high-quality programming that’s relevant, engaging, and strategically aligned.
- Build a scalable global program from day one. Architect repeatable systems that support different regions, verticals, and go-to-market motions.
- Pioneer AI-powered webinar innovation. Implement tools and workflows to personalize content, streamline production, and automate repurposing across channels.
- Own the experience, inside and out. From speaker recruitment and coaching to audience acquisition and experience design, you’ll own the full webinar journey.
- Lead virtual event experimentation. Pilot new formats, virtual conferences, and engagement models that set Atlan apart in the data and AI space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You’ve built and run high-performing webinar programs — from strategy to execution to measurement.
