Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyse and tabulate market research data by using Walr data tools, also deliver additional analysis requested by our clients
- Support the Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst in the project delivery
- Quality control survey links
- Assist with ad hoc project delivery and internal tasks as needed
- Proactively flag potential challenges and provide suggestive solutions
- Contribute to daily project updates
- Escalate challenges to line manager, in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate and represent a good understanding of Walr and the services and values
- Own personal development goals and work closely with the career manager to achieve them
- Take personal responsibility for delivery goals (e.g. tasks, projects, outcomes)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Research Operations: Familiarity with research workflows, including survey setup, data collection, and quality checks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cross Tabulation: Hands-on experience generating and interpreting crosstab reports to draw meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of tools like Merlin, Quantum, SPSS, or similar: Comfortable using industry tools for data tabulation, cleaning, and transformation.
- Experience in the market research industry is a plus: Understanding of how research informs business decisions and client needs.
- Experience using platforms like Python or SPSS is a major advantage: Ability to use Python or SPSS for advanced data processing and analysis is highly valued.
- Statistical knowledge: Good grasp of core statistical concepts and their application in real-world data.
- Good English skills (verbal and written): Clear communication in English, both written and spoken, for reporting and collaboration.
