KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer II for an exciting new opportunity. The position will assist in review and analysis of applications, product development, and enhancements including documentation, testing, and code development of releases while adhering to KLDiscovery development processes and workflows with supervision and direction from lead developers and superiors. Remote, work from home opportunity. India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Test, refine, and document programs including various types of testing – unit testing, integration testing, system and workflow testing, acceptance testing, regression, performance and exploratory testing
- Design and execute system tests. Work with others to enhance System Testing best practices within the department
- Create and execute automated test suites, including end to end tests, functional tests, and regression tests
- Develop and maintain automated builds and release pipelines
- Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production
- Work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Utilize coding standards
- Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs
- Provide product metrics that are beneficial to the business
- Create and design end user documentation as needed
- Provide Technical Support – bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production within defined SLA
- Adhere to development processes and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English (C1)
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in test automation
- Experience with tools like Appium, Playwright or Selenium
- Understands various programming languages including C#, SQL, etc.
- Experience working in both Windows and Linux systems preferred
- Capable of problem identification and resolutions
- Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures
- Ability to work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
