Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation, coordination, and communication of changes in global management system.
  • Review and regularly check the validity of audit certificates and ensure all ISO standards are up to date.
  • Follow established workflows and initiate improvements as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Process Owners and Quality Managers.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the global management system.
  • Support data quality governance improvement using audit tools.
  • Assist the Process Quality Management department with various tasks.
  • Support process quality managers, process owners, and document owners with changes in global processes.
  • Communicate changes in global processes to process owners.
  • Regularly review and update the validity of audit certificates and ISO standards on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure proper documentation for change in global management system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate (Mass Communication)/ MBA
  • Work Experience: 0-2 Years
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Tools
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Personal Qualifications:
    • Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical, and independent way of working.
    • Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
