Job Description:
- A basic understanding of the accounting processes, especially the accounts payable process.
- Job entails timely and accurate processing of invoices as per requirement.
- Schedule: Rotational Shifts
Requirements:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute is preferred with at least 95% accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using computer programs and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualification & Skillsets Required:
- MS Office skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Excellent Communication skills
- Flexible to any shift
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Accounting
