Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Basic/Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visuals)
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Exposure to Power Automate and PowerApps
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data including call volumes, agent performance, and customer metrics
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support ongoing reporting and performance tracking initiatives
