Educational Qualification:
Educational Qualifications
Medical Officer – MBBS Degree awarded by a university or Institution Recognised by the UGC for the purpose of its grants. The courses must have been approved by the Medical Council of India/NMC. Should have registered in Tamil Nadu Medical Council
Health Inspector Gr II – Must have passed plus two with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C level. Must possess two years for multipurpose Health Worker (Male) /Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course Training / Offered by recognized private Institution / Trust/Universities/Deemed Universities including Gandhigram rural Institute Training Course Certificate granted by the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine
Staff Nurse – Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc., Nursing form the Institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
Hospital Worker/ Support Staff – Should have studied minimum 8th standard. Must be able to read and write
ANM – (i) Must have passed Higher Secondary (+2). (ii) Must have undergone two years Multi – Purpose Health Workers (Female) training Course / Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training Course awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. (iii) A certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council; and (iv) Must possess physical fitness for camp life.
Cleaner – 8 th Std Pass (Able to read and write in Tamil)
Optometrist – Bachelor of Optometry
Senior Lab Technician – Post Graduate Diploma in Genetic Diagnosis Technology/Cytogenetics Degree in Biotechnology/ Human Genetics/ Molecular Biology/ Medical Laboratory Technician. 1 year in the field of Genetic Diagnostic/Research Experience.
Lab Cum Store Assistant – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician. 1 year in the field of Medical Laboratory Diagnostic/Research Experience.
Dental Technician – Diploma in Dental Technology (with 2 Years post Qualification experience)
RMNCH+A Counsellor – Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / Públic Administration/Psycholo gy Sociology / Home Science/ Hospital & Health Management. 1-2 years work experience in Health Sector / relevant field
Programme cum Administrative Assistant – Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office Package with one year experience of managing office and providing support of Health programme/National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Knowledge of Accountancy and having drafting skills are required
Audiometric Assistant – Technical person with 1 year Diploma in Hearing, Language and speech (DHLS) from a RCI recognized institute.
Audiologist – B.Sc., (Speech & Hearing) from RCI Recognised
Account Assistant – B.Com degree with Tally
Multi-purpose Hospital Worker – 8 th Std Pass (Able to read and write in Tamil)
Instructor for Young Hearing Impaired Children – Diploma training in young deaf and hearing handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognized institute to look after the therapy and training of the young hearing-impaired children at the District Level.
