WBPSC Technical Officer Eligibility Criteria 2024:
The educational qualifications for Technical Officer (Textile) should complete Diploma / Degree in Handloom or Textiles Technology and relevant field experience is also mandatory
- Technical Officer (Textile) – A degree in Handloom or Textiles Technology from any University or recognized College or Institute with 02 (two) years working experience in Textiles or Handloom Industry or Diploma in Handloom or Textiles Technology from any University or recognized College or Institute with 05 (five) years working experience in Textiles or Handloom Industry. Knowledge of Bengali or Nepali speaking and writing;
Age Limit:
The Maximum age limit for Technical Officer (Textile) is 36 (thirty six) years on 01.01.2024. For the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, the Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the upper age limit shall be as per the extant rules of the Government.
Salary:
The selected candidates for Technical Officer (Textile) will get monthly salary of Rs.35,800 – 92,100/- Per Month as per WBS (ROPA) Rules, 2019
