Θ Salary: Fixed pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month & Performance bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job requirements clearly.
- Understand each candidate’s interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details.
- Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving.
- Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; this is a high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day.
- POD Leads: Coordinate the team, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A completed graduation; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Current college students are not eligible.
- Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional phone communication.
- Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets.
- Basic ATS knowledge and strong attention to detail.
- Availability for the stated work schedule.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful, but not required for entry-level applicants.
