Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Local Address Digital Verification operations and ensure all assigned cases are completed within the defined SLA/TAT.
- Be responsible for end-to-end digital verification of local address cases while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Handle frequent outbound client communication to follow up on verification cases, gather required information, resolve queries, and provide timely case updates while ensuring smooth coordination with clients and stakeholders.
- Connect and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for audits, data validation, and resolution of cases involving insufficient or incomplete data.
- Track priority and critical cases and coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion within the defined TAT.
- Monitor the quality of daily incoming operational cases and support the team in completing them with adequate quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage priority/critical cases.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
