As Aspire grows, maintaining compliant client relationships is an important part of protecting its business and customers. The Onboarding Analyst will help ensure client records remain aligned with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client/Business (KYC/B) regulatory standards.
The role sits within Aspire’s Financial Crime Risk function, which works on controls, monitoring and investigations related to fraud, money laundering and other financial crime.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure client records comply with AML and KYC/B regulatory standards in a timely manner.
- Review the collection and verification of data to ensure KYC/B records are accurate and complete.
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing documents.
- Perform enhanced due diligence on sensitive clients.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and requirements relating to AML and KYC obligations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic records.
- 1–3 years of experience as a KYC/KYB Analyst or in a related role, preferably within a bank.
- Strong understanding of KYC/KYB and AML procedures for financial institutions.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Interest in fintech and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, flexible, evolving and collaborative start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools such as Claude and n8n and related frameworks to real-world problems at Aspire.
