Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with US health insurance companies as part of the Customer Care Team.
- Handle 60%+ calling and work in a voice-based process.
- Secure relevant patient health insurance information.
- Work on websites or applications according to the prescribed SOP.
- Support US operations through assigned shifts.
- Learn and adapt to changing process requirements.
- Attend ongoing training related to performance and process requirements.
- Remain flexible to work across processes assigned by the Manager.
- Work according to KPIs and targets assigned by the Process Manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure non-disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including OpenOffice and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions and SOPs.
- Candidates should be open to learning and adapting to changing process requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a 24×7 environment.
- Relative experience in US healthcare is preferred.
- Fresh graduates can also apply.

Work Schedule
The role supports US operations and may involve shifts such as 6 PM to 3 AM and 9 PM to 6 AM IST. Shift timings may change based on operational requirements, and shifts may be extended when necessary.
