Roles and Responsibilities
The Trading Services Analyst will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accuracy in processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures with no errors.
- Identifying and escalating errors and exceptions when identified.
- Responding to routine queries and complaints through calls and emails.
- Maintaining an audit-focused approach in business-as-usual activities.
- Complying with the firm’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Navigating systems quickly and accurately.
- Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and implementing them in a controlled manner.
- Communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of SOPs and related checkpoints.
- Performing work according to department procedures and within productivity, processing and quality standards.
- Exercising good judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
- Communicating effectively with Managers regarding problematic transactions or exceptions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduates with a good academic record.
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, including building macros, is an added advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to grasp and learn concepts and procedures quickly.
- Ability to work independently.

- Good time-management skills.
