Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis of Risk & CFCC use cases and support cross-functional solution delivery.
  • Liaise with Risk Framework Owners and the Reporting team to define data solutions.
  • Work with Technology Developers from the CIO team to implement strategic data solutions.
  • Use Python and SQL programming and debugging to support data solution development.
  • Develop Presto SQL views to support data delivery and data visualization.
  • Perform data programming using Jupyter Notebook and Excel Power Query and develop Tableau dashboards.
  • Perform data mapping and reference data identification, analysis, and management.
  • Conduct data investigations and reconciliation to support reporting requirements and legacy BAU activities.
  • Prepare solution documentation and data dictionaries and assist with Data Quality Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Computer Science, Finance, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python data programming and Jupyter Notebook.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships with people at all levels and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Overall work experience of at least 2 years.
  • Experience in Risk.
  • Prior experience with SQL and Python programming.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI.
  • Business analysis and effective communication skills.
