Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare responses to client due diligence questionnaires, requests for information, and general audit-related queries.
- Review client questions, identify appropriate subject matter experts, and coordinate complete and timely responses.
- Use approved audit reports, policies, standards, and other authoritative materials to support accurate and consistent responses.
- Maintain a central record of requests, response status, supporting evidence, approvals, and final client communications.
- Perform quality checks for completeness, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and alignment with approved CRD messaging before responses are issued.
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding inputs.
- Escalate delays or concerns when required.
- Support reporting on request volumes, status, and recurring themes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in audit support, risk, compliance, client due diligence, information security, financial services, or a related operational role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical or control-related information into clear client-facing responses.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, consistent and high-quality work.
