As a Data Analyst on the SRP or FOW data team, you will help meet their customers’ and business’s data requirements. You will work across data sourcing, entry, output, and quality for their products, following and helping to maintain the standards that keep their data accurate and reliable. This role suits people who want a challenge, who work well in a fast-paced environment, and who enjoy variety in their daily work.
Their SRP and FOW data teams cover their respective markets across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America, giving us a full view of market trends and developments worldwide. You will work closely with colleagues in India and Bulgaria to process complex market data. Your main focus will be the US market, and you will also contribute to global projects that support strategic decisions across the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain their product databases to a high standard of quality, using our workflow tools and training from domain experts.
- Keep accurate records and reports that provide a clear audit trail of data changes.
- Track issues, resolutions, improvements, and best practices, and follow a clear process for reviewing and updating them.
- Meet client SLA commitments for time, quality, and cost, and flag risks and mitigation plans as they arise.
- Keep procedure guides for all data management processes current and accurate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- A basic understanding of financial markets.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general internet navigation.
- Prior experience in data processing, database administration, or data analysis is a plus, but they welcome candidates at all experience levels, including new graduates.
