Responsible for first-level processing of loan orders, requests, and claims across the loan servicing lifecycle. Process assigned items accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. Work on US Mortgage/Loan Servicing processes, including both Escrow and Non-Escrow loans. Handle transactions related to loan setup, escrow setup, modifications, claims, document processing, and information updates. Work with internal/external stakeholders and seek approvals or clarifications whenever required. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow guidelines, and quality-control checklists. Maintain required productivity, accuracy, SLA, TAT, and learning/quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process assigned loan orders, requests, claims, and transactions as directed by the Team Lead.
- Perform activities such as: Quality, appraisal, BPO, and title reviews, Verification, New loan setup and escrow setup, Modification and claim setup, Updating loan information & Document indexing, imaging, retrieval, and research
- Handle appraisal, title, closing, and other vendor assignments.
- Research missing documents, subordination, escrow, tax, claims, and loan modifications.
- Generate reports and handle payments and non-sufficient-fund requests.
- Perform research on loan accounts and resolve exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, workflow processes, and QC checklists.
- Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Obtain required approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues and process changes to SMEs/Supervisors.
- Complete mandatory training, assessments, certifications, and process orientations.
- Participate in team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Record productivity/non-productivity hours using designated tools.
- Meet individual targets for accuracy, productivity, volume, TAT, SLA adherence, and Learning Health Score.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- MBA preferred
- 0–1 year experience preferred
- Overall acceptable experience: 0–2 years
- BPO / transaction processing / data processing experience preferred
- Mortgage/Loan Servicing experience is an advantage
