Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build new product features and improve existing functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Continuously learn and adopt modern technologies and development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or personal software development projects.
- Experience with React, Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
