They’re seeking a Sr. Compliance Analyst, who will maximize the proportion of consumers they can quote in real-time. You’ll use a number of techniques to do this, including working on the available and ready-to-quote carriers in each state. You’ll ensure legal and compliance reviews are done before operations commence in a market and periodically thereafter.
This role also requires coordination with Carriers as well as internal Insurance and Product teams to foresee and accommodate upcoming changes. You may come from a traditional agency or carrier environment. You are energized by the opportunity to execute flawlessly, help write the playbooks, build your skills, and model the required behaviors to drive uptake of top-rated P&C products via the Salty platform and program. You will also manage the relationship with their partner, CSC, to license agents and make sure their licenses stay active.
