Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the corporate annual budget.
- Assist in monthly performance reporting.
- Analyze and interpret financial results vs. budgeted amounts.
- Provide financial analysis support on various ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor metrics related to financial and operational performance.
- Perform routine and non-routine accounting functions, analysis, and reporting.
- Work closely with all levels of employees to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
- 1-2 years of experience with corporate budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query (preferred).
- Copilot or other AI tools knowledge (preferred).
