Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Operations.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and process flows.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating delivered solutions.
- Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of business-related issues.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar project management/documentation tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and business documentation is preferred.
