Technical Excellence
- Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, including process walkthroughs, control identification, and risk assessment.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and design/testing of internal controls across key operational areas.
- Experience in identifying control gaps, documenting findings, and supporting remediation aligned to audit requirements.
- Proficient in applying general consulting techniques to assess process effectiveness and control maturity.
- Working knowledge of risk and control frameworks to support internal audit and process controls engagements.
Skills and attributes
- Qualification: Semi Qualified CA, ACCA, CWA, CMA, Graduate
- Experience: 0-3 years
