Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the Productivity and achieving the TAT
- Ensure routine calls with the Customer and Site requestor in order to get the policy documents.
- Requests to be properly validated before submission with proper policy documents and there is no deviation with Policy documents & SOX control
- Any Clarification should be obtained before actioned the request to avoid rejections.
- Tracking & monitoring CMF requests created in eBPM need to be properly followed
- All Fraud Attempts Requests to be validated properly and ensure there should not be any risk to the company
- Data Privacy policy should be followed 100%
- Analytical skills in supplier domain in the Web site
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level). ‘
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good written/oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
- Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
- Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
