Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a QA/Test Analyst in large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within banking or financial services
- Demonstrated experience in executing tests for cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation
- Exposure to advanced analytics tools to drive insights from test results and optimize testing strategies
- Managed complex test data, including synthetic data generation and masking, to support robust testing scenarios.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. LCR, NSFR).
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of test tools (such as Quality Centre) and test processes (e.g. defect management)
- Be able to formulate test strategies and confident in running a successful test phase
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- ISEB/ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
