Θ Positions: Digital Technology Specialist – IT Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Professional User or Expert User certified in Onesource Tax Determination (OITD) Enterprise Cloud application.
- Configuration setup experience in a minimum of three global implementation projects. Hands on with setups including Trans Editors, Rules, Reference Data, Zones, Establishments, Custom Products, Product Qualifiers, Companies, Export/Import configs.
- Thorough understanding of OITD tool navigation, setups & content organization with in-depth knowledge of tax determination processing steps.
- Technical knowledge in SAP & Oracle Integration with OITD, to the extent of data flows of key processes, Finance Shared Service Integrations and a complete understanding of tax call request & response xml elements.
- Adherence to Change management process – applying and promoting changes from lower to higher instances with appropriate approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engage with business and cross-functional DT teams as part of projects execution & ticket resolution. Collaboration with vendor support team when necessary.
- SAP system experience: AP, AR, FICO, PO, SAP table.
- Oracle ERP experience: OM, AR, PO, AP, Projects.
