Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (product, marketing, user behavior, etc.).
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for internal teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making across product and business teams.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, funnel analyses, and performance tracking.
- Provide actionable insights to improve user journeys, retention, and job-matching outcomes.
- Support model evaluation and data preparation for AI/ML projects (basic exposure is enough).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytical tools like Python/R is a plus (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present data clearly and translate complexity into actionable insights.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of user funnels, marketplace metrics, or job-tech/HR-tech analytics.
- Exposure to statistics, experimentation frameworks, or predictive analytics.
