Roles and Responsibilities:
- Adding, editing and removing user accounts from Affinitext libraries
- Resetting lost/forgotten/locked user accounts
- Responding to customer requests via email and live (text) chat
- Use of template responses to ensure standardized style and tone
- Data input and other administrative functions
- Contribute to growing a small dynamic team into a global brand
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/commerce
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, customer service etiquette, ability to manage multiple queries efficiently
- Basic computer application proficiency (MS Office, web-based tools)
- Adaptability and result-driven
