Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage backlog orders, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Analyze the backlog orders and fulfil the orders by cross shipping.
- Reach out to internal stakeholders to fix the order blocks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order delays or backlogs professionally and effectively.
- Create, process, and manage customer orders and quotations accurately in SAP ERP.
- Manage order modifications, shipping updates, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery tracking.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) CRM to maintain and track customer communication and order status.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions and documentation.
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-up to prevent backlog reoccurrence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Order Management or related roles.
- Ability to learn and understand basic HVAC terminology
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Able to Meet SLA Requirements
