In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the global organization, translating data into actionable insights through high-impact ad hoc analyses, executive-ready reporting, and scalable dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnership & Decision Support: Partner closely with global business teams to provide data-driven insights that inform strategy, drive growth, and enable effective decision-making across the company.
- Deep-Dive Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct proactive, in-depth data analysis to uncover key trends and impactful insights, leveraging a foundational understanding of descriptive statistics and analytical concepts.
- Data Storytelling and Visualization: Design and distribute compelling dashboards (primarily in Tableau) and visualizations to clearly communicate findings and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Use SQL and SQL-like tools for hands-on querying and manipulation of data sources, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and reliability for all analysis.
- Project Execution and Process Improvement: Manage and execute analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and impactful delivery, while actively contributing to efficient, collaborative processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau
- Foundational understanding of descriptive statistics and basic analytical concepts
- Experience working with data, including querying and manipulation
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a strong foundational knowledge and expertise
