Roles and Responsibilities:
- Functional support of business production activities for RWA and Provision closings
- Functional analysis of user requests and provide the resolution for the requests
- Implementation of enhacement requests along with developers
- Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
- Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes. Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes. Clear and concise communication skills. Collaborate with stakeholders. High-level of self-drive.
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
- Strong fundamentals in Banking and Credit/ Market Risk
- Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects is a big plus
- Knowledge of end to end flow in your respective domain
- Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
- Experience in BDD
- Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases
- Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
- Competency on writing SQL queries is a must
- Must exposure in onshore / offshore model in Banking captive context
- Must experience in Agile methodology & should have worked in continuous delivery environment. Experience in agile scale will be an added advantage
- Team player & willing to walk extra mile to learn & to deliver with a positive impact
- Able to manage various stakeholders from IT & Business side
