Θ Positions: Associate – Operations Support
Θ Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operations Support Team in GCC (Global Competence Centre)
- Responsible for Operations Support Activities for assigned Region.
- Responsible for Process order consumption and Maintenance & Reporting Activities.
- Support and cooperate with assigned Operations Team.
- Responsible for creating and updating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) and Process Maps.
- Specific Tasks that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business.
- Process Order creation in SAP (Process order Maintenance).
- Process order Follow-ups with finance.
- Support all departmental Process orders for assigned Region.
- Co-ordinate with Stakeholders / clients.
- Participate/assist in ad hoc tasks with key stakeholders.
- Support Team Members in New transitional tasks and responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science/ commerce
- 1 – 3 years working experience.
- Must have Knowledge on SAP and MS Excel and analyzing data.
- Individuals should have a strong understanding of the cross functional activities.
- Self-starter with ability to learn new tasks.
- Willing to work with new team setup and rotational shifts.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
- Must have Knowledge on MS Excel in combing and analyzing data.
- Awareness of ERP tools. (eg – SAP, Oracle etc)
