Θ Positions: Operations Analyst – MO, CIS
Θ Job Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements, primarily activity in positions, trades and cash reconciliations
- Evaluate cash flows, financing and risk associated with a broad range of investment products including derivatives, debt and private equity
- Analyze, investigate and resolve reconciliation Breaks
- Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes
- Should have knowledge on the Trade Reconciliations (Positon and Cash Reconciliation)
- Should have knowledge on the different financial products in Investment Banking (OTC & ETD)
- Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Fresher / 1+ years in Investment Banking Domain
- Experience in Reconciliations would be added advantage
- Product knowledge of domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income and derivatives
- Strong Communication and Written skills
- Knowledge of Hedge Funds & Investment Banking
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
