Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build reports/dashboards using various tools like PowerBI, SQL and excel
  • Provide Denial/ Payment/Open AR trends by Payer/site with data level root cause analysis
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall operations with the help of data level RCA’s
  • Customization of operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements
  • Identify automation opportunities using various tools
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics
  • Solid MS Excel skills (SQL and Power BI knowledge a plus)
  • Proven good communication Skills
  • Proven solid analytical and logical skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress
  • Open to work in US shift timings (3:30PM IST to 1AM IST)
  • Open to work in RTO and hybrid environment (as per the company policy)
  • Preferred Qualification: Understanding of US Healthcare
