Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean, readable, and well documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and performance tuning to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product, QA, and security to deliver features on time.
- Learn and apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial and user data.
- Contribute to code reviews and actively incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Support ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements across existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 0 – 2 Years
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases.
- Awareness of software development life cycle and version control systems like Git.
- Good problem solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
