Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review experience management activities (Demand trackers, bench management, tool updates) and database management
• Apply strong analytical skills to generate reports and dashboards (availability and variance reports, etc.)
• Provide mailbox support and maintenance while demonstrating attention to detail
• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving activities (e.g., resource allocation across multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders)
• Mentor and provide on-the-job training for new associates
• Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office package with an intermediary level of expertise in data visualization tools
• Ensure effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates aligned with associate resource analyst openings
• Manage database reconciliation, including maintaining skill sets, competencies, and certifications of client-serving professionals
• Perform basic dashboard creation and reporting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Graduate in a related discipline
• Experience:
  • Prior work experience in the same or related domain, ranging from 0 to 4 years
  • Experience working with multiple systems and applications
  • Prior work experience in a large professional services or financial services organization
  • Experience working with clients from different countries (desirable)
  • Experience working in an environment where English is the primary spoken language
• Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
