Roles and Responsibilities:
- High quality data (Financial / Non-Financial Data) collation, analysis, extraction, and entry into work tools as per guideline specifications for the assigned vertical, relevant to entry level data analyst openings
- Understand dataset operations, maintain awareness of workflows, and build strong working knowledge of internal work tools
- Provide inputs and ideas for new data collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset
- Deliver on predefined individual and team targets, ensuring outcomes with quality and excellence
- Develop technical expertise within the department
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and support the team in improving departmental workflows and processes
- Review feedback involving transactional content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to enhance accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher – Post-Graduate / MBA in Finance as major specialization with a good academic track record (passing year 2024/2025)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of corporate finance / accountancy including financial statements and annual reports
- Well versed with secondary research sources
- Willingness to work in a 24*5 environment with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Certification or knowledge/experience in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills aligned with data analytics fresher positions
- Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research
