Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments, aligned with a global mobility payroll and tax analyst role. Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions for all types of relocation and deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platform as part of a payroll analyst global mobility position.
- Updated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processing.
- Creates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOU.
- Review Pre-Payroll CWS/Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changes.
- Complete post-payroll/pay results reconciliation review.
- Answer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and document procedures with team members.
- Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.
- Support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requests.
- Compensation collection from local entities to upload and review.
- Shadow reporting with tax vendor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferred.
- Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred.
- Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement.
- Display positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.
- Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to a global payroll tax analyst job.
- Proactive. Takes initiative, attentive to details, and process driven.
- Flexible to meet peak period and work with team in different time zone.
- Proficiency in excel.
