Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs as part of salesforce analyst jobs in Bangalore.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Good to have Agentforce experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools.
- Implement and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products based on project requirements.
- Create and manage triggers, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality while adhering to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Provide post-deployment support and assist with end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development relevant to salesforce developer analyst roles.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and common integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is an added advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the insurance domain or working with agent portals.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes aligned with deloitte analyst openings.
