Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
- Provide and expedite prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
- Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting through the escalation matrix
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills while handling a work from home supply chain associate position
- Maintain or exceed defined performance metrics
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or experience translating customer needs into business requirements
